Garp is Luffy's estranged grandfather, and a Vice Admiral in the World Government's Marines, and spends most of his time attempting to track down and arrest the Straw Hat Pirates and Luffy himself! He is always seen in his Vice Admiral uniform which includes a cloak fastening with the Marines crest on it, which we have recreated here in necklace form.

Limited to 2,023 worldwide, each unisex necklace comes on a chain and is individually numbered.

    If you cancel your order prior to shipment then you will be refunded the full amount including any shipping charges. Please note that it can take +5 working days for the funds to appear back in your bank account, this is something we have no control over. 

    If your item has already shipped then you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and then return the item to us (at your cost), we can then refund the cost of the item but not the original shipping cost.
