Shipping to the USA

Due to the changes with the De Minimis Rule, as of Tuesday 26th August 2025, all our USA customers will be unable to order through the website.  You will still be able to order from us via email, please contact trade@fanattiktrade.com to allow our sales team to walk you through the process.

Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping to certain customers on the terms that the minimum order requirement is met. The minimum order requirement is region based, the requirements are:

UK - £250+
Europe - £400+
Canada - £600+

For the rest of the world we send all items by courier, on average they take 7 working days to reach most countries.  Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Refunds/Returns 

If you cancel your order prior to shipment then you will be refunded the full amount including any shipping charges. Please note that it can take +5 working days for the funds to appear back in your bank account, this is something we have no control over.  

If your item has already shipped then you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and then return the item to us (at your cost), we can then refund the cost of the item but not the original shipping cost.  

Duty/Brexit

If your delivery address is in the UK there will be no duty/charges added to your order.

If your delivery address is in the USA, EU or anywhere else, Fanattik will take care of all import duties so the price you see is the price you pay.

VAT is deducted at check out.
